Top 3 Resources on the PEPPM Website & How to Find Them!
The PEPPM website includes a plethora of information to help you make an informed buying decision. Registering on the PEPPM website will give you access to contract pricing, ordering instructions, and bid documentation. Registration is free to do with no requirements or fees. 1. Dynamic PEPPM Contract Pricing
For the PEPPM Product Line contracts, contract pricing for a unit of 1 is displayed on the website. To view the contract pricing:
- - Go to the PEPPM Table of Contracts webpage
- - Click on the Contract Name in the left column to view pricing for items under that contract
- - Or, if you know the item you are interested in, search for it from the PEPPM homepage
PEPPM awarded vendors can update products and prices to reflect the dynamic nature of technology products and market pricing, while assuring that the original bid discount or mark-up is applied. Vendor are required to confirm their pricing every 5-weeks by alerting PEPPM staff to any changes or confirming that prices remain the same.
Additionally, the PEPPM contract allows you to request volume discounts (spot pricing) to be provided on a buyer-by-buyer and deal-by-deal basis under its Terms and Conditions. When making a purchase, and especially when buying a large volume of products, always reach out to the awarded vendor or authorized reseller.
For contract pricing relating to a PEPPM Catalog or Marketplace Solution contract, follow the same steps by going to the PEPPM Table of Contracts webpage and click on the Contract Name in the left column, but rather than having the individual items and prices displayed, there will be a link to the website maintained by the awarded vendor.
2. Ordering Instructions listing Vendor Contact information and Authorized Resellers
All PEPPM orders should be cleared through the PEPPM Clearinghouse*. When you are ready to make a purchase send your PO and PEPPM pricing quote to orders@peppm.org. PEPPM Staff review orders for price and order accuracy, then archive orders for auditing purposes and bid protection. This process can be found on each contract’s Ordering Instructions.
To view a contract’s Ordering Instructions:
- Go to the PEPPM Table of Contracts webpage
- Click on the Contract Number in the right-column.
- Then go to the “Ordering instructions” tab
- Click on the “Placement of Orders: Vendor Contacts and Ordering Instructions” link which will open a PDF document.
The Ordering Instructions may include additional vendor contact information, such as location based. As well as listing any resellers that the awarded vendor has authorized to sell under their contract.
3. Bid Documentation
PEPPM bid documentation is located on the website. These documents include the contract terms and conditions, award list, proof of advertising, and signed contract.
To view a contract’s bid documentation:
- Go to the PEPPM Table of Contracts webpage
- Click on the Contract Number in the right-column
- Then go to the “Documentation” tab
Review all contract bid documentation to ensure it complies with your purchasing requirements and keep a copy for your records.
