When you register on the PEPPM website, the contracts available to your agency are scoped and visible to you on the Contracts page. Awarded Vendors have the option to extend their contracts to any state and/public agenncy type.
Registration gives you access to contract pricing (for unit of 1), ordering instructions (identifying vendor contact information and authorized PEPPM resellers), and the contract and bid documentation (including terms & conditions, signed contract, and proof of advertising).

For example, did you know PEPPM has dynamic pricing? The PEPPM contract price is showing the ceiling price based on the awarded vendor's pricing structure, but awarded vendors have the option to provide greater volume discounts to PEPPM buyers.

PEPPM Order Process
- 1. Reach out to the PEPPM Awarded Vendor or one of their Authorized PEPPM Resellers listed on their Ordering Instructions
- 2. Get a PEPPM pricing quote from the vendor or reseller - remember to ask about volume discounts!
- 3. Your quote should reference the PEPPM contract - such as “As per PEPPM Contract ######-###”
- 4. When you are ready to place an order, email your PEPPM pricing quote and PO to orders@peppm.org

The PEPPM staff is a group of experienced public sector employees of the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit in Milton, Pennsylvania. They are leaders in educational purchasing and information technology. As purchasing agents, the group solicits bids, evaluates responses, and recommends awards to the agency’s board of directors.
