PEPPM 2026 Product Line Bid Information

The contract term for the PEPPM 2026 Product Line Bid is from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028. 

This is a Request for Bids for brands of technology equipment, software, services, supplies, and furniture to local educational agencies and other eligible public agencies in Pennsylvania, California, and optionally other states for the PEPPM Cooperative Purchasing Program.

      • The Epylon eBid system allows only one person to have the bid form in their account at a time. If you don’t see the bid in your Inbox, it means another team member currently has it. To give someone else access, that person must forward the bid form through Epylon to the next person who needs to work on it.
